Skills: Twenty years of traditional martial art experience with both Genbukan and Bujinkan ninjitsu, expert swordsman, Japanese military training: Special Forces, and Pistol marksman.

Weapon (if any): Two Bleeder style Ninja To, Two Silenced PP7 9mm Pistols, Rear pouch clip reloader(6 clips), utility straps/holsters.

Personality: Kai is very reserved, very cautious of others even by those he deems as friends. He is very determined and spiritual at heart, often times he comes off as the silent type due to the fact he has little to say, he is a heavy observer due to his military training in addition to his martial arts history. He is a very light sleeper and often paranoid of assassinations when sleeping, he suffers from frequent nightmares because of his factor of paranoia. He is shy about eating around females and does NOT like Pushers reasons being by a few incidents in his past. He acts on impulse and an order is an order, but regardless of his mission he is very willing to work with loopholes for the right price, he is highly intelligent but equally stubborn and easily pushed toward vengeance. He carries strong morals against killing children but is not above giving them a near death experience if needed. Kai is thrilled about hunting others and lives for combat, known by some to a history of violence, and does not always turn to negotiate right away.

What are you: New-type: Ghost / Formerly Shifter ; Division

Any notes about your characters: As stated above, Kai was originally a well placed Shifter before volunteering for a gene enhancement experiment which was originally intended to boost his shifting ability. The injection instead replaced his ability to shift objects with the ability to shift himself into a transparent intangible being, When intangible, he may pass through physical objects/structures, in addition take with him a limit equivalent to a maximum of his own body weight. In this form he is invisible to watchers, causing their visions to heavily cloud and distort, and Movers cannot effect this form at all. The sonic waves of a Bleeder can cause his ghost body to ripple, slowing down movement drastically but without harming the body. However, Pushers have a 100% effective rate of control over his mind, his mental resistance remains the same so the power of the Pusher pending on personal skill is fully effective. So far Wipers and Pushers are the only ones effective against this intangible form, Sniffers are also unable to track him in this state due to not having a physical scent...rendering him as invisible as a ghost to tracking in all irony. The Ghost new-type has been unable to duplicated so far, multiple studies have only produced failures and increased deaths from attempted experimental duplicates, Kai is merely an accidental occurrence.
